Bring your own paybill.
On Standard and Enterprise you can collect through the paybill you already have, keeping the bank relationship and the number your tenants already know. Everything else works the same: the payment still matches its invoice, still closes it, still sends the receipt and still updates the books.
Solo runs on managed collections, which is what lets it carry no monthly fee at all. If you are starting out, that is the cheaper way round.
What happens if a payment slips.
Nothing, for a while, and then only carefully. You are warned three days before a renewal rather than after it. If a payment fails we retry it over the following week, and there is another week of grace after that before anything changes.
Even then, reading and exporting your own records is never taken away. Your properties, units, tenants, documents and books are yours, and being between plans is not a reason to be locked out of them.
